Our Licenses

Lee and Linda and Lee and Linda Work have two kinds of licenses available for purchase. If you obtain the Commercial License, it includes a Personal License. If you don’t obtain the Commercial License, you have obtained the Personal License only…not the Commercial License. They are described below.

TYPES OF USE:


Commercial License
Personal Use: acceptable One Person, Unlimited Use
Commercial Use: acceptable One Person, Entity, or Company, Unlimited Use
Reselling of the Original Digital Image via download or pattern printout: not acceptable Not Allowed.

PLEASE READ:

Personal Use is defined as: using our patterns that you purchased and/or downloaded from us (Lee and Linda or Lee and Linda Work) for your own personal use. You may not sell the items created from the patterns.

Commercial Use is defined as: using our patterns that you purchased and/or downloaded from us (Lee and Linda or Lee and Linda Work) for commercial purposes such as selling items made from our patterns.

Reselling or Distributing of the Original Image (digital or pattern printout) is defined as: using our patterns that you purchased and/or downloaded from us (Lee and Linda or Lee and Linda Work) for use by making them available for download to your customers or users. For example, if you are a company that allows your customers to design their own signs on your website, you may not allow the user (your customer) to download the pattern directly to their computer for sale or for free. 

Unlimited Users this is defined as an unlimited number of people within one company.

Unlimited Sales this is defined as there are no limits to the number of sales within one company.

Commercial License

Lee and Linda and Lee and Linda Work Commercial License allows you to create an unlimited number of commercial use items from the patterns that you purchase from us.

Personal acceptable use: an Unlimited number of products for your personal use, or 

Commercial acceptable use: an unlimited number of products to be created by you and sold to your customers.

Personal use examples include: You are going to engrave coasters for yours or a friend’s wedding. If this is a friend’s wedding, you are not charging them for this. You make 50 table centerpieces for the wedding.

Commercial use examples include:

-You are making physical crafts and products and selling them at craft fairs or online.

-You are making products that you downloaded from us in your favourite software such as Cricut, Silhouette, and other design software to make a product for sale.

Non-acceptable Use:

-Selling or redistributing files that you downloaded or purchased from us in any manner, and that includes: selling the patterns, giving the patterns away for free by themselves, or as part of a bundle of products.

-You Allowing more than one entity or company to use items downloaded or purchased from us to make products for personal or commercial use.

-Using items downloaded or purchased from us in any form of online, video or broadcast.
